The canyon and caving will allow you to explore secret places and live a unique experience. Come and discover the valleys of the Ariège, a wild and unspoilt mountain awaits you. Territory of light but also of shadow where the water played with the rock.

Caving will allow you to discover the sixth continent, and explore the world of Ariège. In canyoning you will be guided by the water, from waterfalls to waterfalls in the canyons of Ariège.
These explorations remain accessible without being elitist: they favor sharing, discovery and understanding of the environment. Just be comfortable on natural ground and want to explore. Come and live the adventure in a group, or join an already formed team.
In summer, the adventure is here in the valleys of the Ariège but in spring and autumn you can live it elsewhere if you have travel desires.
